AJ and his team is awesome!! I'm really surprised at the communication level and details they gave us during the whole project! The site manager was very communicative as well and even sent pictures of the top of the roof and places we were aware of the damage so that we knew what was going on with it. May 2023 Update. The company contacted me after I changed my review. It took awhile, and communication wasn't great, but they did come back and fix the main issue. They also found another issue that I had missed and they fixed that as well. In July of 2020 I had substantial work done on my house by Your Exterior Pros. I was thrilled with the work at the time. I was recently in Savannah and was disappointed to see that the "boxes" on the porch are looking terrible. Attached are photos taken recently. I'm surprised that these boxes had deteriorated so quickly as it's not even been three years. I have contacted the company, but they have not replied back. I no longer can recommend them. Old review from 2020 - Exterior Pro did a porch and porch roof replacement for me. They were very professional and cleaned up every night before they left. I am thrilled with the results! Last two photos are after and before.

Additionally their change order pricing has been fair (sometimes bad siding hides bad structural elements that need to be repaired).
