The workmanship is excellent and John, our project manager, easily accomodated a few mid-construction design changes that were essential to building the perfect deck for us. Then cleaned up meticulously all debris! So happy with our beautiful new roof! Just waiting for them to come back next week to do our gutters and fix our screen porch! WOW...what a pleasant surprise to have gotten the service and craftsmanship on my beautiful new roof! As a Realtor, I have seen roof companies come and go the past 20+ year and have never found one that was extremely dependable. Not only did they give me the most affordable quote, they started the work when the promised and went above and beyond to make me happy. The crew, led by the amazing Ivan, worked from dawn to dusk and left my property clean as a whistle despite taking off 70+ year old metal roofing and 2 layers of shingles. They were professional, and true artisans. Frankly, my roof is now the prettiest part of my house--I've even had two neighbors reach out to tell me how great the roof looks! They also replaced my sister's roof and one of my neighbors and they had the same experience. I would highly recommend them.

My 1915 cottage metal roof was replaced with challenges underneath, which was expected, given its age. The YEP team and crew were responsive, puntual, communicative, professional thoughtout entire process. The results were excellent, and I highly recommend this company and all their staff.

They guys did an outstanding job replacing our 20x22 deck. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. It actually is a better deck now than it was brand new. They cleaned everything up and didn't leave not even a screw to be picked up. They represent the company in an excellent manner. I would not hesitate to call on Your Exterior Pros in the future.

This was not our 1st roofing experience. My husband's 4th actually. These guys ain't playing. They started exactly when they said they would. Covered my plants, got to it, and these cats were long gone by the time I got home, 4ish. Last roof was over 25yo. I'm pretty sure we are set for a while because of YEP's great work. Exterior Pros recently did a patio enclosure for us! They did a wonderful job and exceeded all of our expectations! It was a pleasure to work with Sam, Jon, Beth, and the detail oriented construction crew who completed the job! They will be my “go to” for my next project!

YEPs replaced the wooden deck on my home with composite decking. The result was excellent. Used a hidden fastener system and it looks great. They did coincidental repairs to the exterior walls beyond my expectations that'll last longer than anything I would've done. When they left, the only evidence that they'd been there was the finished deck. All construction materials and old decking were completely gone. Would recommend them highly. Competitively priced too.
