From your initial phone call to the completed job, Your Exterior Pros YEP awesome CS-Office Team and expert Home Exterior Technicians are available to answer any questions you may have regarding your account.  Clear communication with our customers is very important to our teams and we strive to be available for you at all times.  Here’s a sample timeline sequence of what you can expect from your initial call to to our final “thank you for choosing YEP”:

  • Your initial call you may ask any questions and schedule a quote appointment (scheduled within 24-48 hrs); we are careful to consider your time and work around your schedule; for roof inspections/repairs, with your permission we can quote without you being there;
  • Quote meeting with a highly-trained Technician, discuss product options, answer any questions;
  • Within 24-48 hours you will receive a customized detailed quote by email (unless we’re waiting on custom vendor quotes which may take extra time);
  • Sign off on quote/contract from email and send it back. As soon as our CS-Office Team receives it, your materials will be ordered and the job will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks or as soon as possible; We’re also available to assist insurance company representatives regarding repairs to help streamline the claim process.
  • Your job is scheduled, and our expert team of Technicians and Installers will arrive on the scheduled job day with all materials to complete the it in a timely, precise and professional manner.  They will clean up and leave your property like no one was ever there.
  • After your complete satisfaction of completed job, you will be invoiced with quoted price (promotional discounts will be applied when feasible), and you will receive the invoice by email. You may choose to mail a check, or make a secure online credit card payment directly from the invoice;
  • After your payment has been successfully processed, we will email our Workmanship Warranty, as applicable; for new products (roofs, doors, windows) be sure to register them at the manufacturer’s website.
  • At any time throughout your project our CS-Office Team is available to help with questions/comments.
